Primarily, last July, emptied $272k in Proton, PlayGame & IHT Real Estate Protocol altcoins from an anonymous exchange, consistent with prosecutors.
They further alleged that another hack stole around $2.5 Mln in crypto assets from a United States-based exchange two months later.
North Koreans sloshed those funds via Chinese OTC [Over-the-Counter] crypto traders associated with earlier cryptocurrency laundering operations, consistent with prosecutors.
