Bitmain To Deploy 56k New Miners In Georgia By 2022.

Mining equipment manufacturer Bitmain will deploy 56,000
Bitcoin mining devices in a 200 MW data center in the US state of Georgia by October 2022. The partners are Bit5ive and ISW Holdings.
The first stage with a capacity of 20 MW will be commissioned by October.
Based on the declared parameters, we can talk about the latest AntMiner S19 model with a hash rate of about 100 TH/s. After deploying the entire fleet of devices, the joint venture's total computing capacity will be 5.6 EH / s.
Bitmain will provide ASIC miners. Bit5ive will take over the electricity supply, hosting services, and project management. ISW Holdings will duplicate Bit5ive's functions and provide funding.
The agreement is for five years. The total cost will amount to $ 62 million. ISW Holdings has already invested $ 6 million.

Recall that in August 1800 Antminer S19j Pro miners from Bitmain were ordered by HIVE Blockchain Technologies.
Earlier, 30,000 similar devices were acquired by Marathon Digital Holdings.
According to the latest data, the average daily hash rate reached 146 EH / s, which is below the May maximum of 180 EH / s.
