Liquidations Of Over 1 Mln Funds By Investors
Around $1.1 Bln worth of futures positions of over 70,000 traders were liquidated across all exchanges, consistent with market data site CoinMarketCap. Nearly $400 Mln was liquidated on each OKEx and Huobi; followed by BitMEX [$164M] and Binance [$86M].
The largest single liquidation order worth $10 Mln happened on BitMEX’s Bitcoin perpetual swap. Most of the liquidations, about $647 Mln, came from Bitcoin’s futures, followed by Ethereum [ETH] with $165 Mln of liquidations.
